Tip number three is the color. The color basically refers to the fact that the more yellowish the diamond is, the less value it is. The whiter it is, the more value it has. So one thing, one scam once again that you want to avoid, is the color scam. This is where they will take a low quality diamond and they will artificially color it pink, blue, black because they know people love colored diamonds. But, the problem with that is that they're going to sell it to you as though it was a naturally colored diamond, so you're going to pay too much for something that is a low quality diamond. And the second thing is that after a while the color of the diamond goes away because it's artificial.
Tradition and Culture: It has been debated by many scholars when the practice of using rings as symbols of weddings started. The fact remains that almost every country and culture in the planet right now would require rings to bind the couple together. The ceremony may vary because of tradition, religion, or culture; but the presence of wedding rings is guaranteed.
Promise rings do not have to be fancy or expensive. Many people that give promise rings do it because they are ready to commit for life, but can not yet afford the engagement ring that they believe their lady deserves. When shopping for promise rings, there are a few guidelines that you should adhere to in order to adhere to the tradition.
Figure out what she thinks the value of her ring should be and make sure the ring is worth more than that. If she will be satisfied with a $2,000 ring, then make sure you get at least a $2,500 ring. It is always good to go above and beyond when it comes to her diamond engagement ring. This does not mean you have to spend $500 more than what she expects the value to be, that is up to you.
For married couples, whether you have been married for quite a while or only for a few years, viewing a wedding ring display may bring back memories of your own wonderful wedding celebration. In all cultures, wedding ring symbolizes the unity and fidelity of two people, but these different societies also have different customs associated with the wedding ring.
